USED FOOD EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
30 DAYS LIMITED PARTS & LABOUR
DUNLEVY warrants to the original purchaser for 30
days from the date of original purchase that the product will function
properly under normal use. The equipment shall be properly installed by
qualified tradesmen and the start up shall be in accordance with our
printed instructions.
No warranty shall be performed unless prior
authorization has been obtained from DUNLEVY.
DUNLEVY will provide an authorization number to the
authorized service technician or service company. DUNLEVY will provide
all major parts for repair. Minor parts and supplies will be supplied
by authorized service company.
TRAVEL TIME – DUNLEVY will reimburse half hour
travel time or 25 kilometer distance. Any additional travel time or
costs will be at customer’s expense.
AFTER HOURS OR WEEKEND SERVICE – DUNLEVY will
provide warranty during normal business hours. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM
– 5:00 PM. Customer will be responsible for additional charges for
after hours and weekend work.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES – DUNLEVY is not responsible
for economic loss: profit loss; or indirect, consequential damages,
including without limitation, losses or damages arising from food or
product spoilage claims or loss of business whether or not on account of
equipment failure.
DUNLEVY is not responsible for the repair or
replacement of any parts found to be altered, neglected, abused, damaged
in transport, improper installation, fire, flood or acts of God.
DUNLEVY is not responsible for damages to food
equipment during transport. Customer is responsible for noting damage
to the equipment or packaging to the freight or transport company and
filing any necessary claims.
GAS APPLIANCES – Customer’s gas installer is
responsible for doing the final calibration of the thermostat control on
your gas appliance.
CARRY IN WARRANTY – Appliances such as slicers,
hot dog machines, coffee machines, panini machines, food processors,
microwaves, toasters, food warmers and scales are covered by a carry in
warranty. Customer shall be responsible to return item to DUNLEVY
warranty depot for repair.
