Refund policy

At Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund conditions below:

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used or designated as special orders are not returnable.
  
  

Return Authorization

• Written permission must be obtained from Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. before returning any stocking goods or items.
  
  

• The original invoice number under which the goods were purchased must be supplied with the return.
  
  

Return Conditions

• Goods returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 25% of the invoice value of the goods.
  
  

• Additional reconditioning costs may apply if required.
  
  

• All returned goods must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.
  
  

• All transportation charges for returns must be prepaid by the customer.
  
  

Order Cancellations

• Orders accepted by Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. for special orders or goods not normally stocked are not subject to cancellation or change unless consent is granted by Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. in writing.
  
  

• Cancellations or changes must indemnify Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. against any consequential loss or damage.
  
  

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued once returned goods are inspected and approved by Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd.
  
  

• Applicable restocking and reconditioning charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
