Terms of service

By purchasing from Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms

• Unless otherwise stated, payment is due by cash or credit card upon receipt of invoice.
  
  

• Purchases on trade account are due on or before the 30th day from the invoice date.
  
  

Legal Costs

• Customers are responsible for all legal costs incurred on a solicitor and client basis with respect to collection of overdue accounts.
  
  

Service Charges

• Interest of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be charged on all past due accounts, including legal costs.
  
  

Returned Goods

• Products that are used or special orders are not returnable.
  
  

• Written permission must be obtained from Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. prior to returning any goods.
  
  

• Returns must follow the Return & Refund Policy.
  
  

Order Cancellations

• Orders for special or non-stocked items are not subject to cancellation or change without the written consent of Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd.
  
  

• Customers are liable for consequential loss or damage in cases of unauthorized cancellation.
  
  

Product Warranty

• All products are covered under and subject to the warranty policy of the manufacturer.
  
  

Prices and Taxes

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
  
  

• Orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
  
  

• All taxes are extra. A copy of a valid P.S.T. exemption certificate must accompany exempt orders.
  
  

Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges apply to all orders.
  
  

• All goods are shipped F.O.B. Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd., Warehouse, Vancouver.
  
  

Business Changes

• Any changes regarding business structure, ownership, or incorporation must be submitted in writing.
  
  

• Until such changes are approved by Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd., applicants remain responsible for purchases.
  
  

Suspension of Accounts

• Trade accounts exceeding established credit limits or past due will be placed on hold until payment or arrangements are made.
  
  

Fax or Email Copies

• A facsimile or email copy of an invoice has the same force and effect as the original.
  
  

Credit Approval

• All trade accounts are subject to the credit policies of Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. and the provisions stated in the credit application.
  
  

• Orders are accepted subject to satisfactory credit approval.
  
  

• Pending approval, delivery may be delayed without liability to Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd.
  
  

• All clerical errors are subject to correction.
